    I discovered I had to find ways to spend my leisure time when I was diagnosed with schizophrenia in 1997. This is where your book The Joy of Not Working came to be useful often.     Not everyone who is diagnosed withmental illness wants to stay on disability. Some prefer to take a risk and go back into the workforce.
